Our lightest turnout as great snow in the mountains on a Family Day long weekend thinned the ranks. With less than 16 skaters it was an automatic bonus ball for all in attendance. RED got off to a slow start falling behind 4-0 before rallying for a 5-4 victory in Game #1. WHITE earned a split with a 4-3 victory and a controversial goal. End of the day 4 on 4 is more skating and more ice. But it’s still Playoff hockey!

Having admin issues with Google shutting down the email feed. Turns out the email feed is still active – but so far no SPAM showing up. If and when SPAM shows up again we will disable that part of the website if needed. We will address this in the off season.

There are now two segments up for grabs – Playoffs and Overall. The race for Overall winner  still belongs to COLIN MACLELLAN with a 7-point lead over REAL PHANEUF.  Should be a good closing stretch though with six ice times left.

The Peanut Pub was a sparse 6-man turnout this week, but the beer still tasted cold! We delayed the hardware presentation for Regular Season segment. Save your applause for REAL PHANEUF until next week. Press releases should be going out any day now….

Last ice time is April 7th – to be followed by a season ender bender (a major rager) when the weather finally turns warmer. GERRY LEBLANC has kindly offered his ManCave for the festivities again. I can almost taste the steak now.
